2025 Garlic City Car Show & Business Expo

The Gilroy Chamber of Commerce presents the 25th Annual Garlic City Car Show & Business Expo on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Gilroy Gardens! This exciting combined event will bring together spectators to admire custom and classic cars, enjoy local businesses, good food, and more. Attendees can connect with local businesses in a lively and engaging atmosphere. Don’t miss this fantastic day of cars, commerce, and community!

 

Attendees must have a purchased ticket prior to attending the event. The $10 general admission ticket grants you entry into the Gardens to view the Car Show and Business Expo. BONUS! Gilroy Gardens Premium Pass holders get in free.

Information for Vendors – NOW CLOSED

We highly encourage Chamber members to utilize this opportunity to share their business or company face to face with South County professionals and 60+ other businesses.

Need to Know Information:

  • Set up can begin at 2:00 pm, Breakdown time is 8:30 pm.
  • Gilroy Chamber will provide a table, linen, chairs, and two bottles of water. Expo attendees will receive one complimentary ticket with their reservation.
  • Booth spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’ unless otherwise arranged. If more room is required, the fee will be adjusted.
  • Vendor is responsible for any additional fixtures: tents and tent weights. Tent pegs/staking are NOT ALLOWED, and tents must be weighed down with tent weights – sandbags, water jugs, etc.
  • No voice amplification equipment such as bullhorns or loudspeakers will be permitted.
  • No selling of any items.

** I understand that the location of my booth will be assigned by the Chamber to facilitate the best operation of the event and the operation of my booth.**

Your Space Number has been assigned and you will receive your car window display with space number and swag bag at check in. Please see map below. You will be escorted to your car space.

Swag Bag and Dashboard Registration: You will be handed your swag bag and dashboard registration upon check-in.

Event Details
Setup: All vehicles must be set up and in place by TBD
Event End Time: The show ends at 8:00 pm. Please do not move your vehicle until after 8:00 pm.
