Criteria for Award

The award is presented at the monthly Breakfast Club meeting to a citizen, group, business, or organization for outstanding involvement in the Gilroy community. The award was originated by Nob Hill Foods in cooperation with the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce in 1979, and it is presented in recognition of an outstanding contribution toward making Gilroy a better place to live and work. The award is intended to encourage community involvement. Nominations are presented to the Ambassador Committee and recommended to the Board of Directory for approval.
